He is married to his favorite person, and loves his three children quite a little bit (aged 8, 13 and 15). He is passionate about authentic learning, technology with purpose, and creating at least one new thing every day. In short, he teaches, and learns. A lot.

I have to admit, I am often a “lurker” which is probably why I love Pinterest … I don’t have to actually contribute anything, but my ole enchilada casserole was delicious last night.
What if everyone is a “lurker” does it become a glorified super-uber blog? If the community is small I think that this is often where the community rests, with only one or two people posting. I wonder if those posters asked for examples of success or questions in comments if that would “push’ the “lurker” among us to participate.

I like what Kevin said earlier about recognizing people who contribute so that they feel valued and welcome in the community.
