I would love to be able to use a script similar to DocAppender to set multiple documents to be Appended to based upon a drop down set in each form submission.

The use case: If I wanted to do running records for for a whole bunch of different schools, but I wanted to append those notes to different notes files in different folders, could I set the document I want to append by choosing the school name from the drop down?

Andrew Stillman Any thoughts on this? Can I just extend DocAppender or would we need to do some additional development?

So, I’m thinking about the unconference day, and I’m wondering if we (the cohort) are responsible for planning/choosing topics. If so, I wonder if we might want to start brainstorming some ideas and throw together a form to think about what expertise is in the room and what needs for learning we may have (and matching the two, hopefully). What do you all think?

(And if someone from the GTA planning folks can give some guidance, I think that would be good too.)

I know our question topic is a really hard one right now. And I made a video to frame it a bit more (and provide my sort-of answer). Anyone have experience with students taking Chromebooks home or having MS or HS students carrying them around all day? Some great experiences shared to answer Ben Wilkoff’s question but I’m wondering if people have considered home-school initiatives with Chromebooks’ current durability.
