I started thinking about what I would like to get out of #gtachi on the plane ride yesterday. I know that we are going to learn a lot today, but I like going in with some specific things that I am looking for so that I can make choices that help create the ripe environment for my learning.
I put my ideas in the Da Vinci Collaborative notes document, and I thought other folks might like to do so as well in their team docs if they have a few moments of reflection this morning:
Are you guys coming together this week? I haven’t seen anything in the community. If so, I will be there about a half-hour late. Talk to you all soon, either way.

I know this network is vast and mostly not near Denver, but I wanted to send out a new position that we are hiring for this week as both a way of sharing for anyone who is interested as well as a way of sharing the job description as an example for what I see as part of the future of my team in Denver Public Schools and a broader vision for the work of schools.
I wanted to make a few more things before heading out to #gtachi to help us collaborate and explore. I changed the notes document with the updated agenda they sent out and I split them out into team docs. This way, we can trick out our own team notes and all have them linked centrally. Those are all still linked at http://bit.ly/gtachi
I also wanted to be able to create a permanent archive of the #gtachi twitter conversation so we don’t miss any links or ideas. I have set up a Google Spreadsheet that collects all of the tweets and lets us explore during or after the sessions (it updates once an hour).
