Learning is Change

I was working with group of district teams recently and we were thinking about setting up google sites as project portfolios (collaboration happening mostly in drive but tracking, decisions and organization happening mostly in the Site) . Does anyone have any good project/team portfolio site templates they would be willing to share?

Does anyone have a list of their favorite social learning interactions, blog post discussions, or communities of practice experiences? What I’m really looking for are examples of how social learning happens and how resources and ideas are built on top of one another.

Is anyone doing a book or textual study in their group?

I’m wondering what protocols other folks are using. Please share!

How much should we “be the experts in the room” and how much should we leverage the “expertise in the room”?

This is where data and collaborative research get really interesting. I’m excited to hear this community’s thoughts on the latter half of this video when they start talking about a cognitive fingerprint.
