You can now pin a google+ post to the top of a community! This means we can sustain conversations and model great examples of reflective practice.
I’m thinking we might want to try weekly discussions. What do you all think.

In this podcast I discuss the possibility of turning off email in favor of social media and collaborative tools.
What do you think? Would you turn off your email like this?
This looks really interesting. I love the idea of being “live” with an in-person experience.
Topica: Vietnamese education startup uses Google Glass to teach English
As this video shows, Google Glass is being used to allow a teacher that sits at home to coach students that go to a local coffee shop in Hanoi, Vietnam. The coffee shop is working in coordination with Topica because it has foreign expat waiters who can interact with the students in English, allowing the students to use English in a practical way:
I’m really intrigued by this idea. Is anyone using Plickers in their classroom or for professional learning?

I would love to see who has expertise for using Online Portfolios with students and teachers in order to support more self-reflection and less “digitial scrapbooking”.
Are you using ePortfolios/Online Portfolios and Can you lend your expertise?
If you are merely just interested, please come and collaborate!

Do you all have an ETA for FormMule as an docs Add-On in New Sheets? It is fine if you don’t, but I have a specific use that I am looking for a large scale rollout, so I wanted to check to see if I should copy over the script or wait for the add-on. I hope that makes sense.
I love the upgrades across the board you have done for the launch of Add-ons, by the way. They are awesome!
