I couldn’t agree more. I am very happy with the choices I have made to trust my data to Google, but that doesn’t mean that I don’t perform backups on occasion. I do think that my own actions are to blame for me being locked out (second time in two weeks), but I don’t know which actions those are at the moment.

Yeah… it is okay now, but I think that the only way things get fixed with a company as big as Google is to be as squeaky as possible like this user did.
