    As to the multitasking question, an interesting concept is that I multitask to engage in a single task.  

    For example, say I wanted to develop a document that outlines how to set up a Google Hangout on Air.  

    I might Tweet it, share in a Facebook group, start a chart with a few folks, and create a Google Doc that I work on and invite others to.  

    Some would call that multitasking to engage in a single task.
