I love #AskBenW. Cool way to multitask during your work walk.
As to the multitasking question, an interesting concept is that I multitask to engage in a single task.
For example, say I wanted to develop a document that outlines how to set up a Google Hangout on Air.
I might Tweet it, share in a Facebook group, start a chart with a few folks, and create a Google Doc that I work on and invite others to.
Some would call that multitasking to engage in a single task.

Lisa Nielsen, that is a huge way to leverage your network for accomplishing a single task (or scope of work). You are much better able to build a solution when you use all of the tools at your disposal.
