Sheri Edwards, I feel like you and Francisco might be kindred spirits in your reflection. He does it better than most people I know and his poetry for what “an end” can look like is pretty great. Please watch.
He is married to his favorite person, and loves his three children quite a little bit (aged 8, 13 and 15). He is passionate about authentic learning, technology with purpose, and creating at least one new thing every day. In short, he teaches, and learns. A lot.
Also, he co-founded WouldYouLikeABanana.com with his wife, Kara.
That was amazing. How beautiful to have that connection and then allow it to go, like a parent to a child. These were ordinary teens who created an extraordinary friendship. A fellowship could change the world.
