This is going to be a great way for all of us to brainstorm best uses of hangouts for teacher collaboration within schools, districts, and around the world.

We already have Andrew Stillman, Jon Samuelson, and Deb Loftsgard lined up for the panel.

Who else wants in on this great discussion?

Hangout Purpose: The purpose of this roundtable is to explore all of the ways in which Google+ Hangouts can and will transform the collaborations happening synchronously and asynchronously between teachers and leaders around the world. While this tool has only been around for a few years, it is clear that it has made huge inroads into both professional development and peer-to-peer learning. This roundtable will lay out effective practices and dig into what makes this tool such an essential one for our schools and districts.

Hangout Audience:This roundtable is for any teacher or leader who is either currently using or considering using Google+ hangouts as a way to increase teacher collaboration within a school, across a district, or around the world.

What I'm Using: Adventr (choose your own adventure video creation)

I just got my invite, and I really like the idea of creating choose your own adventure videos. It does require a lot of planning, but I really would love to make a “personalized” video experience for some flipped PD. What would you use this platform for?

ADVENTR – Interactive Video

Adventr is the simple platform for creating and sharing interactive, web-native video experiences. Just drag & drop your clips to create seamless, personalized HD videos in which viewers can interact and choose their own paths – in real time. Share your adventrs on Adventr.tv, your website, video networks or social media – for free!

Project Roundtable: How do we Personalize (and not just automate) Assessment?

Thank you so much to everyone who took part today in the Roundtable. It was an mazing discussion! There are three things you can do to keep the conversation going:

1. Keep on using and collaborating within the Planning and Collaboration Doc: http://bit.ly/assessroundtable

2. Submit a reflection for a badge: http://badges.p2pu.org/en/badge/view/417/

3. Create your own roundtable: http://bit.ly/createroundtable

*Roundtable Purpose:*

*Roundtable Audience:*
The audience for this roundtable are teachers and leaders who are interested in creating, using, or collaborating on authentic assessments that help to create personalized learning environments.

What I'm Using: Ballloon, for saving images and links to Google Drive without the download and upload dance.

I really like how slick this app is for saving things to google drive. It puts a cute little icon on every image that allows me to save directly to Drive. It is wonderful.

Chrome Web Store – Save image & link to Google Drive

Ballloon – Save webfiles (image, link) directly to clouds (Google Drive, Dropbox). Ballloon helps you collect image, pics, pdf or link directly to your Dropbox and Google Drive without downloading steps.
