Thank you to everyone for keeping this community and the conversation going. I wanted to add something that I’ve been thinking a lot about recently: A lack of time for doing things like this that I am passionate about.

1. To outline our Starter Pack of Online Communities of Practice

2. To understand the role of the lurker within our communities and how we engage and support them

We have a lot of folks who are new to online communities, and I wanted to create a space for them to feel at home asking questions (whether technical or otherwise) and getting support.
