   I like the idea of providing students with guidelines of what concepts must be included in their learning and allowing them to figure out what subject/context they want to study that allows them to learn those concepts. Such concept directed personalized learning allows student choice in content while still maintaining consistency with others in the concepts at hand.

   Think of the richness in conversation as student learn to distinguish the difference between the two: concept and context. I can only imagine what would happen to student engagement.
