I was working with group of district teams recently and we were thinking about setting up google sites as project portfolios (collaboration happening mostly in drive but tracking, decisions and organization happening mostly in the Site) . Thank you. The goals are to have a single place for each team to go to keep track of projects and show the decisions made. It would ideally interface with their shared google drive folders and communities that support the work.
