OH wow, that's cool. Something you might consider doing with your iPad: turn it into a very enhanced Smartboard tablet. You need a VNC client on your iPad (there are several) and a VNC Server on your computer, and now you can control your computer with your iPad as you walk around the classroom. We tried it here at our school, and unfortunately, the wireless network was not fast enough to support it, but you might have better luck.
Thanks for the encouragement. We are definitely looking at all
applications for the iPad. VNC is one of the most promising. Did you
see my post from yesterday about doing virtualization via VNC? I'm
thinking about those kinds of things a bunch now.
