    Storytelling is and has been one of the everlasting mediums for exchanging information because it has plot arc. People want to listen to engaging stories because they can empathize with the protagonist. They can take a virtual journey vicariously through time and space and come out of the experience all the better for it. I would love to have you and your associates visit my SEEd Google+ community to see what I am doing to promote digital storytelling through students using Moviestorm 3D animation software. Once you have seen what we are doing there, perhaps you might want to “Be Your Story”!

    Ben, do you remember me? I am the one that made the 3D animated video response to your etMooc question on what would I do if I were the director of blended learning of the DPS. I am planning on holding professional development hangouts on digital storytelling using Moviestorm 3D animation software as well as hosting hangouts to support the creation of videos by students that include, but are not limited to, their teachers’ core content. I am glad to see that you are already engaged in this through the center for storytelling. I just went to their site and see that they have many public workshops scheduled. I am interested in engaging them as well and perhaps offering my talents to them if they are open to outside contributors, like myself.
