How I ship one app to phones, tablets, TVs, desktops, and the web from a single repo without it turning into five apps: a shared core, native shells, a parity matrix, per-ecosystem sync, device harnesses, and store submission from the command line. It is all vendored as Claude Code skills, so a fresh clone already knows the method.

- How I build: Native everywhere, no third-party frameworks, no servers, no paid tiers. Sync rides each ecosystem's own cloud, data ships as static files, and everything deploys through free GitHub Actions, including the store submissions.
