We are planning on offering the Google Apps Certifications courses (https://google.starttest.com/) for our school district, but I need some help in thinking it through. Has anyone done this? 

I want to figure out three things:

1. Can we provision training accounts?

2. How do we purchase a large chunk of codes?

3. How do we administrate the exams (doing audits of scores, etc.)?
