I love that a group of 4 coaches is using this model. Thinking about other situations that this makes sense for.

The CSR Colorado team will be participating in a âblendedâ Google PD this week. 4 of us will be Google âcoachesâ who will lead small groups on different topics, such as Mail, Drive, +1, etc. We just created the space and time for team mates to learn how to âgo Googleâ at their own pace with coaching in small groups.
