You probably saw this on techcrunch, but I wonder if something like this might be interesting if it were set up for less different purposes.
What if there was a passion poacher or time poacher, where you could poach people’s passions and recruit them for non-profit or other interesting work. Hmm… What if students or employees could write these and let other departments poach their learning or time. Hmm…
