I love this idea of redesigning such a ubiquitous object. Even as waiving your phone in front of the scanner is becoming more important, the design of the boarding pass needs an overhaul. I mean, why don’t the airlines have their own apps that give you a well designed pass to either print out or scan from your phone. Why do I have to email myself?
