As I reflect upon #EdCampDenver, the one thing that keeps on coming back to me is a conversation I had with Katie Christie about sharing between teachers and districts.

Essentially, it goes like this in my head: “If teachers shared even half of the great things they were doing in their classrooms, schools would never be the same.”

  1. Powerful way to sum it up, Ben. I completely agree. I often think back to #gtasyd, when Chris Betcher quoted Dean Shareski, “Sharing is a moral imperative.” I still have that crumpled up notecard. I think that’s true for all, but even more so for teachers. It’s how we get better. I look forward to talking more about how to do this successfully!
