I originally made this video for a collaborative group that I am a part of called the Fellowship of Open Spokes ([http://openspokes.com](http://openspokes.com/)), but I wanted to share it here because it is describing the shift we are currently considering. I wonder if we need to have a larger conversation about this shift and why it needs to be made.
