# DCSD Conversations: A new beginning

In an effort to have some of the conversations that I engage in regularly on [Twitter](http://www.twitter.com/) and in the Edublogosphere within my home [School District](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/School_district), I have started having a semi-regular conversation with a few folks in [Douglas County](http://maps.google.com/maps?ll=43.29,-123.18&spn=1.0,1.0&q=43.29,-123.18%20%28Douglas%20County%2C%20Oregon%29&t=h) about [21st century](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/21st_century) learning in our district. We have decided to make it into a [video podcast](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Video_podcast) that is hosted on our server, but is available through itunes.
