Audio Editing and "Podcasting" from the Chromebook

I wrote this email earlier today and I thought it might be valuable to the readers of this blog as well. Here is what I wrote about recording audio and podcasting on a Chrombook: 

 

For easy audio recording (single track), I recommend:

Essentially, all of these are really only about creating the audio files. In order to actually make it into a “podcast” you will need something to do that for you. Here is a way to do it from Google Drive: http://www.labnol.org/internet/host-podcasts-on-google-drive/28227/. You can also use something like Podomatic (https://www.podomatic.com/login) to simplify the process.
